For many decades, we supply the islands in the North Sea with building materials like sand, gravel or natural stones. Aside from conducting trade with building materials and transporting them by ship, we handle the disposal of waste by the cycle of waste management.
Along with the transport of bulk freight and general cargo by sea, conducting trade with building minerals in Northern Germany and the islands has always been part of our DNA. Our close relationships with qualified partners – like SMT GmbH – are partly responsible for our success. Connecting with reliable business partners like SMT enables us to provide our services 24/7 on 365 days a year. This includes the handling of river barges and seagoing vessels in our harbor as well as the delivery of sea gravel to the German islands.
At M-Logistik, we import more than 80 building minerals from Norway by ship – faithfully controlled to ensure premium quality for our customers.
For more than 50 years, our core business is importing international goods, handling them at our own harbor and preparing them for further transport on land. The latest addition to our selection is high-quality road salt, which is being sold to commercial and private customers by our subsidiary Renatur.
The German islands and especially Heligoland rely on M-Logistik for the supply of building minerals. Additionally, we provide logistics services along the coast and ensure proper cycle waste management.
